Rod Younker

Rod has been representing public- and private sector employers with their labor and employment law needs for more than two decades. He spends a significant amount of his time helping employers formulate their labor relations strategy, and representing employers in labor negotiations with their unionized employees. He also counsels and advises employers on labor and employment law issues, provides training on a wide range of labor and employment topics, and represents employers in litigation before courts, agencies and arbitrators. Rod is also a frequent speaker on labor and employment topics at conferences and seminars sponsored by organizations such as the National Public Employers Labor Relations Association, the Association of Washington Cities, the Washington State Transit Insurance Pool, and many others. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison (B.S., 1987; Phi Beta Kappa) and Stanford Law School (J.D., 1991; President, Stanford Law and Policy Review).
